These one bedroom cottages offer living accommodation on the 1st floor with the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Throughout the cottages there are examples of locally made artisan products, including Harris Tweed curtains, photography, paintings and soap. The cottages are equipped with Wi-Fi broadband.

Ullabhal has twin beds which can be joined together to provide a super king-sized bed.

Clèiseabhal has a king-sized bed.

Both are equipped with wardrobes and chest of drawers. There are Harris Tweed cushions and curtains and we provide luxurious towels.

The bathrooms contain a shower over the bath and there are complimentary toiletries for your use.

On the first floor of each cottage there is a good size living/dining space. Each living area has a three-seater sofa with an armchair. There is a television with Freesat, a docking station and plenty of books of local interest for you to read.

At the back of the living areas we have a dining area that leads into the kitchen. There is a dining table and four chairs.

In each kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, convection oven, electric hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (with complimentary capsules for your use), kettle and toaster. There is crockery and cutlery, cooking implements and glassware along with a selection of pans and bakeware. We also provide a starter pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Free parking is available at the front of the cottage.

Low Season (1st Nov 2023 – 28th Feb 2024) £110 per night. Minimum 2-night stay.

Mid Season (1st March 2024 – 31st March 2024) £120 per night. Minimum 2-night stay.

High Season (1st April 2024 – 30th Sept 2024) £130 per night. Minimum 3-night stay.

Low Season (1st Oct 2024 – 31st Mar 2025) £115. Minimum 2-night stay.

High Season (1st Apr 2025 – 30th Sept 2025) £135. Minimum 3-night stay.

If you are booking a 7 night stay at any point in the year, you’ll only pay for 6 nights. 

You’ll always get the best price by booking direct through this website.

A deposit of £100 is required on booking with the final payment due 28 days before arrival. If you are booking within 28 days of your arrival date, full payment is taken at time of booking. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.

Directions

From Tarbert Ferry Pier
A one-way system operates around Tarbert. On exiting the ferry you turn left onto the one-way system. Follow the road around, keeping right (signposted Scalpay) and the cottages are 50m on the left.

From Leverbugh Ferry Pier
Head north on the A859, signposted to Tarbert and Stornoway. If you haven’t spent too much time gazing at the beaches on your left, you should arrive in Tarbert approximately 30 minutes later. Turn right into the village, and then, at the T-junction, keep left to access the one-way system. The cottages are on the left, a few houses along.

From Stornoway, Lewis
Head south on the A859 for 37 miles and turn left into the village of Tarbert. At the junction, keep left to access the one-way system. The cottages are on the left, a few houses along.
